Because we won’t overeat
Training in the morning can effectively curb those unwanted cravings for all those sweet or salty treats that tempt us throughout the day. Simply put, we won’t be “craving sweets.” We’ll eat more regularly and at the right times. We’ll also avoid “rewarding” ourselves with food and alcohol after afternoon or evening workouts. After all, we’ll be working out in the morning!

Because we’ll be more disciplined
Getting up at the same time every morning is good for establishing a regular routine. After a while, getting up won’t be a problem at all, and we’ll wake up at the same time even without an alarm clock! That routine will “form” in our minds and stay set.

Because we’ll have more energy
. Morning exercise will “kickstart” us with endorphins and energy. It’ll last all day. We’ll be stronger, more active, and perform better in every way—at work and at home.

Because we’ll be more resilient to stress
Right in the morning, we’ll “clear our heads.” We’ll be refreshed and rested. That’s why everything will go more smoothly for us right away. We won’t stress unnecessarily over little things.

Because we’ll fall asleep more easily
Thanks to morning exercise, we won’t have trouble falling asleep at night. And our sleep will be more restful, too. No tossing and turning, counting sheep, or staring into the darkness at night! And there’ll be no need to rely on sleeping pills.

So what’s there to think about? The best time to work out is in the morning! Let’s not wait too long. The sooner we start, the sooner we’ll be fit. Healthier both physically and mentally. And the body shape of our dreams should show up sooner, too!
