with cutting-edge workouts tailored to individual needs and

training include: weight loss, toning and/or improving muscle
mass, increased strength and flexibility, improved balance,

Personal Training options include private, semi-private and
small group sessions.

Our Trainers:
Sarah Phelps
– BSC, Personal Trainer, GRAVITY, BOSU and Lifestyle
Consultant.
Sarah is a true fitness advocate
and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years.
As a passionate and dedicated health and fitness enthusiast, she
lives an active, healthy and clean lifestyle and believes that
fitness and proper nutrition play a vital role in mental and
physical health and well-being. Sarah is a certified CanFitPro
Personal Trainer Specialist, Gravity and BOSU Instructor and
also teaches in-home organic cooking classes. She is a graduate
of the University of Waterloo, earning her Bachelor of Science
degree in Honours Biology. In addition, she has competed in
various fitness competitions and has also pursued the world of
fitness modeling. She is always looking for new and rewarding
goals and challenges. Sarah enjoys devoting her time educating
and encouraging others to reach their optimum health and fitness
potential.

Chris Cecile
– certified CPTN
Personal Trainer, GRAVITY, Bosu and TRX Instructor
Chris Cecile is a certified CPTN
Personal Trainer, GRAVITY, Bosu and TRX Instructor and has a
background in sport conditioning. He has worked with novice to
elite athletes (provincial and Olympic level) in sports such as
sailing, tennis, basketball, running, martial arts, squash,
skiing, wrestling and hockey. His training background is based
on the Twist Sport Conditioning curriculum focusing on sport
balance, agility and strength. Chris is a first degree Black
Belt in Tae Kwon Do and is currently training in Mixed Martial
Arts (MMA). In the game of life, everyone is an athlete! There
are no limits to what you can do!

Sports Conditioning, TRX Blast, EFT, GRAVITY and Bootcamps at
Get Spun.
