Class Descriptions

 

·         Milates – Mila puts your entire body through an intense workout using a mixture of pilates methods to improve posture, core stability and overall strength.

·         GRAVITY  - GRAVITY is truly an entire body workout  for any fitness level. Pushing and pulling your own body weight on an incline while utilizing all of your stabilizer muscles creates an efficient and highly effective workout.

·         Ultimate Body Training Camp - Feeling like you’ve reached a plateau in your training?  We are taking all of our Semi-Private Training classes, Fighting Fit, Sports Conditioning, TRX, BOSU and GRAVITY and wrapping it into one 45min intensive session.  New to resistance training? Don’t worry this class welcomes clients who have not tried any of our training classes.

·         Sports Conditioning - Sport Conditioning Class is a high intensity anaerobic workout that will take your sport performance to the next level! If you are currently participating in a sport or want to train like an athlete, this class is for you. The class will involve balance training, anaerobic conditioning, pylometrics, and speed and agility drills utilizing training tools such as the agility ladder and cones, medicine balls and Bosu balance trainers.

·         Fighting Fit - Fighting Fit is a circuit style group exercise class using exercises and drills that professional mixed martial artists perform when training for competition. The class is an exciting blend of plyometrics and striking drills in a safe non-contact workout. This unique and original exercise class will help you improve your cardio fitness, lose weight, tone up and reduce stress. You don’t need any martial arts experience to participate in this workout since we are not here you to teach you how to fight but to get you fighting fit! 

·         TRX - TRX Suspension Training gives participants of all levels a complete total-body workout in as little as 30 min! Designed by a Navy SEAL as a go anywhere workout, this set of nylon straps creates resistance from two sources always at your disposal: body weight and gravity. While most fitness equipment relies on weights, elastic or pulleys for resistance, the TRX instead employs the athlete’s bodyweight and simple physics to create an unlimited range of resistance and complete range of functional motion across hundreds of exercises. Men's Health Names TRX as This Year's  "BEST TOTAL BODY TOOL"

·         Bosu Stability Ab Blast – Targeting specifically your stabilizer muscles, core and butt this class will leave you feeling sore but with lower intensity. Perfect with beginners just starting resistance training!

 

Studio Construction

 

 

We will be building a second glass studio to host more classes, new training classes and YOGA!  This will take roughly 2 weeks in duration and will not disrupt regular classes. Look to the schedule in November to see more classes times and specials!
