Can you believe it is already just over 5 weeks until Christmas! Classes are filling up in the studio and the vibe is fantastic so get in now to work off the pounds before the holidays.

As a reminder we DO currently HAVE a 7am Wednesday morning class, for those of you who wanted more mornings, we will hold them daily if you commit to coming J

Bootcamps
We do still announce bootcamps every month, and can be flexible with time. Currently we have 2 Corporate Bootcamps going on @ 7am and 8:15am. If you have a group of 3 or more people, we can create something for you! Contact Christie @ Christie@getspun for more info.

Yoga for Cyclists

Karla's class is the perfect compliment to intense and strenuous fitness regiments. Utilizing yogic breathing techniques, we'll train the body to soften while maintaining tone and strength throughout your practice and hardcore fitness lifestyle! The focus will be on stretching and releasing tension build up in all muscle groups as well as learning deep release of large muscles. This will function to strengthen and length smaller muscles that often get over powered by the big guys. Deep release in class will build up flexibility and enhance circulation necessary for optimizing your hardcore workouts!
Other fantastic benefits to adding yoga into your routine include:
· improved digestive health, lower blood pressure, stress release, respiratory efficiencies, balance, sleep, dexterity and endurance improvements

classes
We will have 4-5 Themed Music Cycle classes per month. Here is where you can expect them:
· 1st week : Monday @ 12:00pm with Hayley
· 2nd week: Tuesday @ 5:30pm with Christie & Thursday @ 12:00pm with Alanna
· 3rd week: Friday @ 5:30pm with JS Roy
· 4th week: Thursdays @ 5:45pm with Shannon
Longer
Cycling Classes
· New to the schedule is Will’s Power Hour on Wednesday Nights from 6-7pm. Tricia’s class on Sundays @ 11:00am will also be an extended ride. Look for more on the schedule coming soon!

90 min rides. Our first 90 min
ride took place and was SOLD OUT! We plan to do them monthly, next one is Saturday November 28th.

up & Cancellation policies
We recommend that you sign up for all classes in advance. This can be done online, in the studio or by calling. Your reservation will be held until the class begins. All small group training, GRAVITY and Pilates classes are subject to a 24hr cancellation. Cycling classes require 2 hour cancellation. Cancellations can be made online or by calling the studio. If you have an unlimited pass and do not cancel before the specified time, a single class price charge will be applied to your account.
*Classes are subject to cancellation without notice if one guest or less is pre-registered
*All class series as well as monthly and yearly unlimited packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. As well, no extensions on the time frames will be given and unlimited packages cannot be put on hold.
